The most prominent palace in Foligno, built on the north side of the Piazza Grande (now Piazza della Repubblica) from 1407. It now has a neoclassical façade after suffering earthquake damage in 1831-32. A significant amount of particularly interesting pictorial decoration survives (first half of the 15th century), an example of the secular art that adorned wealthy residences of the period. It has recently been attributed to Gentile da Fabriano.
