Luxuriàs

One of humanity's most famous love stories set in contemporary times.
The "Inferno" and Paolo and Francesca as you’ve never seen them before.
"Luxuriàs" is a tragicomic parable, the journey of a chameleon-like character, a soul caught between desire and death, nostalgia and eternity, myth and modernity.
"Luxuriàs" is a revolt against femicide that becomes an ecstasy of words, an irony of eros. "Luxuriàs" turns Francesca da Rimini into one of our contemporaries, who overcomes the hell of unhappy memory and joyfully loses herself in the storm of Love and Eros that overcome everything. We find ourselves catapulted into Dante's circle of the lustful, where Dante's characters converse with historical women. The woman undergoes a unique therapy, entirely theatrical, reliving her story, balancing between real passion and literary fiction. Swept into a vortex of an unending stream of consciousness, as if in a sort of séance or shamanic ritual, Francesca dialogues with Dante, the audience, the future, invokes and takes on the forms of great modern and contemporary women who, like Invisible Masters, can help her: Eleonora Duse, Cleopatra, Franca Valeri, and the Mona Lisa of porn: Moana.
