🌙 Mystical Dance
Workshop of devotional dance inspired by the traditions of Central and Minor Asia

There is a dance that does not arise from the desire to perform, but from the deep need to listen.
A dance that cannot be learned but is remembered.
A dance that is not watched, but is traveled through.

Mystical Dance is an experiential workshop that invites you to rediscover the body as an instrument of prayer and movement as a threshold to the sacred.

A danced journey through the mystical roots of Central and Minor Asia, among rotations that evoke the eternal, gestures that speak to the stars, and silences that move within.
Inspired by Sufi dances, nomadic rituals, and the bodily expressions of the eastern heart of the world, this workshop is a protected space where you can find your center, honor the natural rhythm of life, and allow yourself to be danced.

In this workshop, we will immerse ourselves in the devotional and ritual dances that have populated the territories of Central and Minor Asia for centuries.
We will traverse the elegant spirals of Persian dances, intimate and contemplative; we will let ourselves be carried by the symbolic delicacy of Uzbek dances, where every hand gesture tells a story; we will feel the earth under our feet in Afghan dances, strong and rooted, like the wind meeting rock.
We will embrace the fluidity of Tajik dances, which flow like water through the mountains of Pamir, and will listen to the ancient voice of Indian dances, where the body becomes narration, ritual, and presence.

Each style guards a portal: a different way of inhabiting the body and relating to the divine. Together we will explore the invisible threads that unite these traditions, discovering how, beyond the forms, all speak the same language of the heart.

We will practice:

✨ Archetypal and symbolic gestures inspired by oral traditions
✨ Rotations, ritual sequences, and states of deep centering
✨ Rhythm, breath, and listening as instruments of transformation

No experience is required, only the willingness to inhabit the body with presence and to be touched by a dance that does not entertain, but transforms.

📿 Come as you are.
Let the dance do the rest.
