Bioenergetica e Meditazione della Luna calante & Stelle

The bodily practice of Bioenergetics, as studied by Alexander Lowen, frees vital energy from those blocks and obstructions that weigh it down and weaken it, restoring strength and confidence in life. Bioenergetics uses breathing techniques, physical exercises, positions, and body contacts. Stress produces a state of tension and body rigidity. Bioenergetics can reduce the stress curve and help manage it so as not to burn out.

The key to Bioenergetics work is "Grunding," closely connected to breathing. It means "Restoring contact of the feet with the ground," or shifting the center of gravity to the abdomen, learning to feel and release the energetic charge of the legs and feet. According to Lowen's vision, the founder of Bioenergetics, "Having grounding means being fully in touch with one's Self, Mind and Body, in the reality in which one lives, HERE and NOW."

The practice is led by Francesca Rossi, a Bioenergetic Counselor with a psychocorporeal relational approach, Bioenergetics Instructor, Facilitator of ecological communication, and Shiatsu practitioner.

Following is the Meditation of the Waning Moon. It is a magical moment when the moon is in decline. It is an opportunity to live one's health, productivity, and creativity to the fullest. The waning moon is also a moment of reflection, introspection, and relaxation.

At 9:00 PM, we will share dinner and then travel to discover the charm of the starry sky with Giuseppe Troilo and Alessia Ulivieri. We will observe the Moon in waning gibbous phase, the planet Jupiter, the gas giant, and the planet Saturn, the lord of the rings, as well as the ? Stars ? and other celestial objects through telescopes.
