IL MAESTRALE - Le Maioliche Tour | Sbalzo

The Maestrale is a musical project that brings together Alessandra Valenzano, Simona Valente, and Nicholas Palmieri, blending Italian singer-songwriter sounds with electronic and Central European influences. Their style includes a mix of pop-rock singer-songwriter, indie music, world music, and traditional songs, with lyrics reflecting social and personal themes. Over time, the band members have performed as the opening act for artists such as Coma Cose, Subsonica, Fast Animals and Slow Kids, Eugenio in Via di Gioia, and others, successfully taking their music on tour throughout Italy and even reaching international cities like Copenhagen.

At the beginning of October, they released "Le Maioliche", the band's first EP. "Le Maioliche" gathers fragments of stories and emotional tensions that come together like mosaics, where each track is part of a broader and more nuanced design. In terms of genre, the work results in a composite collection of genres, including folk, singer-songwriter, and electronic pop. The project, recorded by Marco Fischetti of DEATH STAR STUDIO, took shape over two years of work and was supported by a crowdfunding campaign that involved listeners and supporters, demonstrating how the album was already a collective work even before its official release.
